first week of February

While driving home from school we noticed that the sun was going down and the light was gorgeous. I begged the girls for a five minute stop so I could take their picture. They were less than cooperative. Both were hungry and tired but they appeased me. Once we got there they did not want to leave. 

 Allie has really been excited to use Osmo. It's a coloring app that brings your drawings to life. I realized after about ten minutes that she was drawing one tiny picture on each page leaving a two inch stack of paper with plans to go through at least another tree's worth. 

All of the kids are vying to have the cats sleep with them at night. Kismet seems to be the most popular. She snuggles. Alfie will spend the night walking across your face and nibbling on your fingers. 

Again, obsessed with their iPads. Stone and Allie have been playing BlockCraft. Here they were simultaneously designing a world to play in.  

Just being a goof. 

Allie's first ballet class was a hit. That night she woke up at 2:00AM crying that her feet hurt. I'm not sure if it was the ballet (likely) or if she's growing.
