Some Uganda Pics

Sonja just came back a few weeks ago from three weeks in Uganda. She went with Smile Power, a group that helps with dentistry in a lot of the refugee camps. I love that she captured this shot with the beans in the air and all of the shadows!

This is one of Sonja's favorites from the trip.

Fun group shot. She said that a lot of the kids could speak some English. When they would drive by on some of the roads the kids would hold out their hands and ask for money. Sad.

Copy Cat

I tried to copy Jocelyn today with my artsy pictures. Sadly, it did not work. I haven't given up yet though! I'm bound and determined to have my shots come out as nice as hers!

After our crabby dinner we had fun times in the tub.

We also learned a new trick. I was taking pictures when all of the sudden Madeline made her way very close to my lens!
