This weekend we went to Winthrop, WA for Chris Droz's wedding. He is one of Kip's longtime friends. My dad gave us a ride over in the plane and Bob and B-Z drove us home. The drive, and the flight, were so pretty. I've never been over in the north cascades. Madeline was a little sick so NONE of us got to sleep very well this past weekend but the very cute party dress we borrowed from Miss Hads almost made up for it. The new kicks are from Zaide. We had a great time with Baba and Zaide and Madeline will vouch for it. She loves hanging out with those two!

that dress is SOOOO cute!!! and i love her long blonde hair! such a precious girl
who DOESN'T love to hang out with B & Z? Altho Baba and Mads need to coordinate their outfits better, kind of clashy. Looks like a grand time by all. And I am constantly amazed at how you have no fear of flying in a small plane over large mountains.
Bob almost had to can the outfit. He happened to pack two orange t-shirts which he had worn on the days leading up to the wedding. We were in the candy shop and he was lamenting about how not one person had commented about how good he looked in orange, so was going to change his wedding outfit plan. The proprietor overheard him and told him he just looked like a big pumpkin in orange..almost enough to send BD way over the edge. Good sense prevailed (and the fact there are not alot of non western shops in Winthrop) and he wore the clashing outfit, he looked spectacular (maybe not with Mads) by the way.
