i wish i would of seen your house before the big project. it looks like quite the undertaking. but! how jealous am i that you are going to have a fancy house with gorgeous views???
this is really getting exciting, but after visiting your current digs I don't know that I would ever want to leave, quite the set-up.

wow, looks like a BIG project! Hope you will keep us updated regularly on progress and all the fun of a major remodel. Make sure you have plenty of sedatives on hand!
where are you guys staying - not there I hope! Is anything thing remaining the same in your remodel?? would hate to see all of Kip's (and your) hard work go under the hammer of destruction!
We are only adding a bay window downstairs in the living room and then in our bedroom the closet is getting torn out to make way for the stairs. The kitchen and the rest of the main level SHOULD be staying the same.
YOu were thinking...OH MY GOD, this is going to be SO worth it in a few short (long) months. And from the plush palace you have at your parents, I say put the house on the market, and stay in the basement.
