He works two jobs and is now pursuing an engineering degree. He's totally awesome and all his girls love him.

He is pretty awesome, and maybe a little crazy. I can think of nothing worse than going back to school. Bravo to the smart one in the family. We are quite proud of you big bro! Can't wait to blow that airhorn at your graduation.

I am impressed! He needs to call Mike when he has questions...Mike loved Calc/Math, Physics, etc. in college. Seriously!

Kip is certainly in the 'hard worker' category. He also is a great dad. I couldn't have asked for a better son-in-law.
