Movie night
I'm officially banning myself from picking movies. Black Beauty is a wee bit of a tear jerker. I asked the girls if I could fast forward. Neither girl minded. We watched the last (happy) five minutes after slogging through an hour of animal cruelty and as Maddie put it "black beauty's horrible, sad life"

I remember trying to read that book to Sam when he was little. I couldn't even talk in some parts of that book. I just skimmed through the sad parts and didn't even attempt to read them. I still have that book.
