Thursday night we had a ton of fun with the Davis' at Amos Lee, ZOO Tunes. Madeline kept trying to hang out with the lady in the green shirt. We aren't really sure why.

We went out on Carronade this weekend. Friday afternoon I flew up to Anacortes with a student for a lesson and just had him drop me off. Kip, Chris, Sonja and Madeline all drove up. We headed out Friday afternoon and went to Cypress Island. Saturday we went for a hike to Eagle Cliff Trail on the Island and had an incredible vista of the mountains and sound. I did not let Madeline out of my arms...it was Steep and High!! Those pics will follow asap.

Week in review (sort of)

We've had a couple of rough nights trying to get Madeline to sleep. last night we went to the community club pool and took her swimming. She LOVED it. I couldn't believe how well she was kicking and going underwater and loving jumping off the side of the pool. The best part was that she was blue and chattering after 30 min but definitely did not want to leave. At all. I can't believe she's actually smiling in this picture b/c she was getting pissed that we wouldn't let her back in. Good work Kip! Now, if anyone needs a xmas idea for this waterbug Lakeridge Swim Club is the answer :-) And her mama has a no stress night of getting her to sleep b/c she exhausts herself!

part 2

we went out twice for seafair this weekend. On Friday we went out on my parent's boat with the riff raff, got really cold and wet and then headed home after the blue angels. Here are some pictures of the girls feeding the fish

Jamie came over on Friday with her niece Arita. Man, is 3 a tough age! She wanted whatever she didn't have at that exact moment.

On Saturday we went out on the logboom and stayed all day. It was SOO nice to be out on a big boat with food being cooked for you, no getting wet (unless you intentionally jumped in) and an awesome view of everything. Kip obviously had a lot of fun and was a TON of help :-)
