Track meet

Peter was a big time decathlon guy...training for the olympics even, until injuries stopped those dreams right in the tracks.

But he still loves to watch. The Pac12 championships were in Seattle this year so we bundled up (after days of 80 degree weather we were lucky to have rain and cold...) and watched. For the entire day. He was in heaven.

Of course the day I brought my camera it rained...

Communication is key

Posted on Dante's door. A "KEEP OUT" of sorts. Except specifically discriminating against a certain 6 year old who wants access to the iPad he's playing with hidden in his room, hoping no one notices he's gone missing.

Flipping out

Both girls are SO proud that they can do a front flip on the trampoline now.

Mother's Day

We had a wonderful day at Roche Harbor with the girls, Nonna, grandma Connie and Peter. The weather was perfect. Aunt Sonja fulfilled her duties and bought the girls way too much candy and we got Nonna up in the air with us.

This quickly turned into a headlock.

I also ruined Maddie's day when I told her she could not bring home and eel she found under a rock.

New helmets!

Peter, Dante and Roman were at the Mariners game so the girls, stone and I went to Menchies (Maddie's treat thanks to a birthday gift card from Nonna) and then to the bike store to get new helmets for Stone and Allie. Also I love Allie's classic head tilt.

It's all fun and games

Until you have to put 8000 stuffed animals and 400 pounds of pillows and blankets away.
