2/26/13 Maddie lost her first tooth. Her first concern was whether people would laugh at her. Her second was when the tooth fairy would come. The tooth fairy made it and I asked Maddie what she was going to do with her money. She put it in her piggy bank to save. I love you Maddie. You are such a wonderful little girl.

Water hog
Bad idea: "sharing" a single-head shower. Guaranteed that one person will be cold. And it won't be your three year old.
She opted for a nice warm tub post nice warm shower.

She made it to the top of the mountain!
A little nervous on the gondola...she was first on and miraculously first off (I now understand the panic stampede mentality). Maddie skied awesome. We did lucky shot and green valley multiple times. High five maddie, I am so so so proud.

Seriously?
I'm hoping I have enough blockers up to keep those ladies in. Last time I thought I had it perfected when rudder heard the FedEx man drive by. He broke it down and hopped into his truck. The good thing is my animals most definitely respect me as the alpha.
Escape artists
I'm becoming quite the expert chicken wrangler. These ladies, despite my best efforts to thwart them, continue to escape on a daily basis.

Electronic babysitter
Thanks to Pofo I have a few minutes per day to myself. The girls love reading their books on the iPad. And let's not kid ourselves, they love the Netflix app even more.

Climber
Her lessons at Seattle bouldering project have paid off. She tried to climb a tree today! (Definitely a first) and she immediately gravitated towards the climbing wall at the jungle gym.

Getting so big
Allie loves to hold the cats. Not sure if the feeling is mutual. She kept grunting and hoisting Frye back into position. They're both getting SO big.
