A: "I'm starving and I get very mad when I'm starving."

M: "Yeah. She gets very mad"

Allie: I'm so thirsty. I'm trying to swallow my spit but it's not working

Upon hearing a dial tone come on an intercom system both girls were utterly perplexed as to what a dial tone is and when I tried to explain, they were also confused about what a landline is. 

Allie asked me today for "club chips". It took me awhile to figure it she wanted PUB MIX.

For the dry ice. The girls were in heaven for a solid thirty minutes. 

Football

There's a lot of football in the house right now. Dante and Roman play every Saturday, dante plays again on Sunday. Stone has been adamant that he does NOT like football. But we are starting to get a little football creep. He is constantly playing catch and last weekend he actually asked if he could run some plays with the boys. His smile was pretty cute. Dante, per the usual, ran for several touchdowns and made a ton of tackles. 

Keeping 'em busy

I don't know where our week went. It flew by in the blink of an eye. We did enjoy beautiful fall weather with cool, crisp mornings and warm, sunny afternoons. Dante and Roman had football games this weekend, stone and Dante had cross country, and the girls continued their gymnastics. All of the kids have loved playing school. Maddie is the headmaster, Dante teaches math, stone teaches art and allie teaches P.E.  

Roman cannot wait to be taller than his dad. And unfortunately for Peter it's going to be soon.
