Don't call Seattle City Light to find out, and doubly don't call if you've recently stocked up on food from Costco. If you do call and they come out not only will they not fix the problem they'll turn off your power until you get an electrician out to fix it. Oh the joys of this remodel...

flowers are NOT garbage Megalina. And sad about the power, at least yours didn't get turned off bc your husband is out of a job and you didn't pay the bill (Lis DO NOT permit Steve to subscribe to this blog or I am so very dead)
