She and I are two peas in a pod. We LOVE our cereal. I didn't teach her the bowl trick. I have no problem getting up for multiple refills.

I think the bowl thing is in our DNA, it's mandatory when you get to the bottom of the cereal. I take it that Al has added cereal to her cheese and bread foods?

i love cereal, but for some reason seeing people drink the milk out of the bottom gags me. like i'm heaving right now just seeing this picture...

Probably bc it's warm nasty milk.

All I know is that it is unthinkable to not have cereal when Lis is around.

I am not a bowl drinker either...I am definitely a refiller. But Ryan and Hads....total bowl drinkers. Ry will even drink other peoples old cereal milk. Gross.

Sounds like Ryan is turning into Bob - who used to take stale popcorn and eat it as cereal - with milk! -now THAT is gag-worthy!

not a bd either, like the milk cold and the cereal NOT soggy, do love cereal though.

Katie was commenting yesterday as to how I've abandoned my 20+ daily breakfast of bagel with cheddar cheese for Corn Chex. And how terrible Corn Chex are. Which I sort of concur, they are only good if you eat them immediately before they get soggy. So there's only about a 5 minute breakfast window.

That and Corn Flakes are the only cereals I like. Oh, and Sugar Crisp (though they now have some politically correct name)

And Ry, that's too much sharing of other people's leftovers. But very thrifty of you.

I go through bfast obsessions too. Cereal currently for me (the past 8 years or so) Great Grain with pecans, or the original Shredded Wheat (none of that mini shit). Agree on the Ryan thing, gross, thank god he does not ever kiss me!!!

Love how the cereal post has created such a buzz :-)

And I am now wondering how a man with a 200 item list of foods he will NOT eat can drink used cereal milk?

Agree used cereal milk sounds terrible. It makes my throat get tight thinking about it.
