Maddie hiked the entire twin falls hike today and was a total trooper. Allie actually hiked a decent amount too. And they both passed out on the way home. A late night parade followed up with a few mile hike is apparently a perfect recipe for good sleep. Duly noted young girls. Duly. Noted.

Great Job, little hikers! Was Al hiking in her princess dress and high heels?
I am doubly impressed as Lorraine and Liam led me up the side of a mountain yesterday. I died. Poor fat Tootie (Jon's dog) and I were those hikers that everyone waits in the shade for, and as soon as we caught up -- panting and sweating -- they take off again.
Way to go GIRLS!
