Allie had her first lesson. She was nervous at first but warmed up to the idea with big sis' showing her the ropes. Allie also informed me that eating pee snow is probably not a good idea, but the fresh stuff is fine.
On the way home we saw a herd of elk. Maddie REALLY wanted to pet them. Shock of all shocks, I know.

Yup, I would stay away from yellow snow. How great to see a herd of elk close up.
