Today was their lucky day though. Hours of digging for bugs and taking dust baths. Happy spring, chickens!

Gathering the flock
The chickens LOVE to roam the yard. Unfortunately for them they don't get it too often (thanks eagles, thanks Luc, thanks whatever else I've done to decimate our flock)

I'm happy to see the chickens got a wonderful day out in the yard. Hopefully with the nice weather, the girls will be outside more so the chickens can roam more often.
